- Make sure to contact us when your arrival will be later than the scheduled check-in time. A bathing tax of 150 JPY/person will be added for those over 3 years of age. Infants under 2 years of age stay free of charge. The overnight cost of children over three who do not need meals or bedding is 2,160 JPY. Policy
- Guests shall be liable for and pay a cancellation fee as follows:
Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in: 100% of quoted rate for rooms and number of nights reserved
Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: 50% of quoted rate for rooms and number of nights reserved
Cancellation within 72 hours of check-in: 30% of quoted rate for rooms and number of nights reserved
- No-shows
- Guests who do not show up and do not provide notification to cancel will be charged as follows:
100% for the reserved number of nights
